Manda Panda Creations provides repair services for most artisan and beaded jewelry. We recommend emailing us and sending photos prior to submitting your jewelry for repair for a complimentary preliminary consultation.

A $20 deposit covers the labor on a simple re-string or repair. This price includes stringing materials and estimated labor. An additional fee will be charged for the cost of clasps, beads, chain or any other components necessary to complete your repair. Most repairs can be completed within 1 week. If replacement parts are needed for repairs that are not available in our studio, additional time will be required to obtain them.

More complex repairs involving wire-wrap, multiple strands or silver-smithing or other fine metal work will have a higher repair fee. And depending on the level of difficulty, may require more than two weeks plus any time needed for the delivery of replacement parts which must be ordered into our design studio.

We will discuss the specific options for your repairs prior to beginning any repair. If you decide you do not wish your item repaired, we will return your item and refund your deposit, less a $5 bench fee and the cost of return postage.
